The first, Dis4FooD, was led by experts from the Agricultural University of Athens, Dr. Antonis Vlassopoulos and Stephania Xanthopoulou, aiming to identify gaps in food data literacy knowledge among dietitians. The second workshop, Integrated Nutritional Care, was led by EFAD’s Executive Director Wineke Remijnse and EC member Manuel Monino, focusing on the current state of nutritional care within the patient care pathway across various European countries.
